I'll keep each of these as simple as possible. There are richer or more complicated ways to make many of these sauces but who needs complication?
This list covers just about every color I can think of. I haven't been successful making this sauce from blueberries. It's also difficult with any citrus, and bananas would be a disaster when they turn brown.
Slowly melt seedless raspberry preserves. Let cool.
Strawberry (pinkish red)
Same as above.
Peel kiwis (2). Whiz them in your blender or small food processor until smooth with 3 tablespoons white sugar.
Honey (gold with a stained-glass look)
Squirt honey right out of the small tip in the top of the bottle.
Mango (darker yellow)
Buy mango in the jar so you don't have to peel it. Use 4 strips of mango slices. Whiz them in your blender or small food processor until smooth with 1 tablespoon white sugar.
Papaya (orange-ish red)
Follow same directions for mango.
